Pictures

Well, this will be a sort of catch up post. I wanted to put some pictures up here so we have them captured and I will explain briefly what is going on with each of them. Hope you are all doing well!

A few months ago we heard a loud banging sound outside during a big snow storm. The noise happened at about midnight. Derek looked outside to see what he could find and he noticed the tree outside our house had split pretty badly and fallen right on top of the awning above our car. They just BARELY got it fixed, many months later, and they still haven't fixed all of it.

This is a picture from the Christmas basket project that Derek and I do every year for many of our ward members. It is quite the undertaking, but it was fun. You can see Grace and Ryan in the background, they had fun helping too.
We took our annual trip to Temple Square to see the lights, it was far colder this year than any other year we have gone. Derek's parents came with us this year, the kids loved it!

We are, of course, following Jimmermania this year very closely and have gone to quite a few games. Derek went the other night to the big game against #4 San Diego State, which BYU won! It was great. Go Cougs! They should have an exciting finish this year.
