We realize we have a ton of things we still need to post on, we will do our best to do a catch up post soon.
It is a tradition in our ward to have the Pinewood Derby for the Scouts and also divisions for the whole ward. This year we actually combined with another ward too, so it was a very heavily attended ordeal and lots of fun for kids and adults alike.
Grace made a purple glittery car and did quite well. She had a lot of fun making it and decorating it and also racing it. She got 2nd place in the first heat she ran, 2nd place in the next, and then 1st place the last time. She won the award for the 'most bling' and in one of the pictures is either telling us "PEACE" or that she got 2nd place...good times!
Nice work Grace! We are proud of you!
Here are some of the Lee Ward group, leaders and kids alike! It was a fun time had by all.
