Wonderful Wednesday

On Wednesday I spent several hours in the kitchen baking cookies.  We had sugar cookie bars, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. I was going to also make peanut butter, but I ran out of time.

We took cookies around to several members of our ward family. 

We visited mostly widows and widowers. They are a special group to our family. We have many, many people who have lost their spouse in our ward. I can see why The Lord asks us to watch over them. President Monson is such an amazing example of how to do that.
