This was a weird game. It went really fast. After only 65 real time minutes we were already to halftime. BYU was only up 7-3 at halftime, but played a little bit better in the 2nd half to win 21-3. My prediction of 41-13 was pretty far off. I guess I should stay away from Vegas :) !
New Mexico did everything they could to keep the clock running. In the first quarter alone the time of possession was 11 minutes for UNM and 4 minutes for BYU.
Hall was 22 for 34 for 273 yards and 3 TD passes. BYU did not turn the ball over this game, it kind of felt like BYU never had the ball.
Anyway, now time to look forward to a tough road game against TCU next Thursday night.
